This is great for those who don't have permission to type in console commands or encounter issues with Trusted Script URL or other errors when using console commands to download a view only PDF from Google Drive.

To downlaod a view only google drive pdf you need to firslty find where the pdf file is stored on google drive, then refresh the webpage. Then you want to open the PDF file. Then press F12 on the keyboard. Then click on the network tab. Don't worry, we won't be using the console. Now slowly scroll through your PDF file. You will start to load pages. On the network view you will notice some img? entries to the table. Each one of these is an image file for each page of the PDF you have loaded.
If you type img into the network filter, you will only see PDF page entries in the network table. Now right click on one of the names of an entry in the network table and click on open in new tab. You have opened an image of that PDF page in a new tab. You can right click on the image you have opened and save it as a png or you can print this image and save it directly to a pdf file.
This method to download a view only pdf from google drive only lets you download 1 page of the pdf at a time, so can be a little time consuming. But this is more reliable than trying to screenshot each page. If the console command method to download a view only Google Drive PDF doesn't work, this can be a nice alternative though.
