Become King of an Existing Kingdom in Bannerlord

If founding your own kingdom sounds like too much of a grind, you can actually claim the throne of an already established faction.

Here’s how it works:
Focus on building strong relationships with other nobles, but more importantly, accumulate as much gold as possible and strengthen your clan by increasing its renown, tier, and number of fiefs.

Then, when the current ruler dies, whether in battle, from old age, or by some other unexpected means… a new king is elected, and the most powerful clan usually has the upper hand.

That’s your moment. If the lords like you enough and your clan is wealthy, you stand a good chance of being voted in.
