Auto Repair Tech Demand Boosts Worker Benefits 🚗

With more cars on the road than ever before, and as drivers keep their cars longer, the US will need some 46,000 auto repair technicians through 2026 to meet the demand. But as more workers opt for a four-year degree over a technical education, repair shops are facing a shortage of workers. Kate Rogers reports that while its bad for companies, it can be a boon for workers–potential for wage growth, promotion and plenty of opportunities.
