How can teaching kids debate help break the cycle of poverty? This talk explores how by teaching debate to those who are most vulnerable, we can help minimize inequality and give youth the tools they need to create a better life for themselves and future generations. Armaan is an avid speech and debate competitor. He is the founder of SpeechDojo which is a non-profit dedicated to ensuring that every student, regardless of socio-economic background, has access to public speaking coaching. Along with being a former provincial champion, he recently represented Canada at tournaments in South Africa and Yale University.
