Recently I was thinking how much muscle did I actually grow since last January. Now when it comes to training and nutrition, I take it quite seriously. I havenβt skipped meals and been doing weight training 5 times per week 90% of the time and I have gained half a kilo of muscle in one year and I am happy with that. What you need to understand is that most of us who have been lifting properly for three plus years we are not going to see week to week or month to month progress itβs going to take multiple months or even a year to see changes.
