About this video
How much we spent on our two week trip to Spain and Portugal ✈️💰
First, I want to mention that there are a few reasons to share how much a trip cost you - either to show how low cost you can make it (which is great!), or to simply be transparent. Sometimes, we see someone’s amazing looking trip and they make it seem like it was so low cost… how is that possible?! Or we just wonder what the cost was, period, so you know if it makes sense for you.
Disclaimer - We aren’t saying this trip was the lowest cost we could’ve made it. Our goal was to have a fun, big trip, where we did everything we wanted to within a reasonable budget for us. We could’ve gone cheaper, or more expensive - this is where we personally landed. Note that this could still be a useful baseline for you to decide which areas you would spend more or less on. 😊
Now, let’s get to the break down -
➡️ Flights - $1,652.27
➡️ Accommodations - $1,640.71
➡️ Transportation - $504.80
➡️ Food - $742.38
➡️ Attractions - $356.05
➡️ Total - $4,914.65/person
We’ll share some more ways that you can save money when travelling, soon!
Also, let us know - how much did your most recent trip cost? 👀
