Maine DHHS Accused of Exploiting Children and Families for Federal Funds 🚨

This is a description by a Maine state rep. of how Maine has been abusing children and families, inmates and the poor by using them as federal funding cash cows, and putting them in programs, foster care, and billing the federal government for medical services they don't qualify for, and Double Billing for all child services since the mid 90's And this is most likely going on in many other states, as this accounting philosophy is sold by a company called MAXIMUS, which just last year reported to be working in 26 states, and has most likely been in the rest of them at one time or another!!
