Life as a Japanese office worker can be busy and sometimes a little tiring… so I like to make easy, cheap, but satisfying meals at home 🏠

• Mapo tofu rice bowl
• Konjac butter soy “steak”

Both meals are very simple and affordable, but still really tasty 😋
