PDF generation always is a painful feature to implement. Whether it's: - setting up the generation tool (ie. wkhtmltopdf, weasyprint, ...) and its system dependencies or - designing documents using only the subset of CSS that's supported by the generator ... it always ends up being very time consuming. And we haven't mentioned the possible crashes due to missing dependencies, libraries, etc. With react-pdf, there are no system packages to install and it also supports modern subset of CSS like flexbox, styled-component and media queries.
