In this video, I rank every Mortal Kombat character by how evil they are across the series. That's 80 characters judged based on the heinous, terrible things they may or may not have done.

From the worst of the worst, like Shao Kahn, to those who have clean records, like Shujinko, I go through them all here. When all is said and done, I make the final determination regarding who is the most evil character ever, in my opinion, of course!
