---Why "Setting Sun" instead of "Rising Sun"?---
It's simple. In german rising sun means "aufgehende Sonne".
For example: Japan, the land of the rising sun.

Setting sun instead means "untergehende Sonne". You can hear him saying "Abendrot" in the song which is another way to say "untergehende Sonne" in german and since it's about the "Abendrot" i translated it in The Setting Sun.
