Health data indicates that black women are having shorter life expectancy than they used to and I suspect the type of work environments we are being subjected to has a lot to do with that. These Discriminatory, hostile toxic jobs are taking their toll.

It’s important to know that you do not have to stay in these work environments. You have options. Options that include getting your employer pay you to leave.
