HORTON HEARS A WHO is about an imaginative elephant who hears a cry for help coming from a tiny speck of dust floating through the air. Suspecting there may be life on that speck and despite a surrounding community which thinks he has lost his mind, Horton is determined to help.<br />----------<br />Horton ist ein sympathischer, phantasievoller Elefant, auf den man sich verlassen kann. Er lebt im Dschungel von Nümpels und hört eines Tages den Hilferuf eines Staubkorns: es sind die Hus. Für Horton ist klar, er muss Hu-Heim und dessen winzig kleine Kreaturen trotz des Spottes und der bösen Streiche anderer Dschungelbewohner beschützen: denn ein Mensch ist ein Mensch wie klein er auch sei.
