Hong Kong Day 4 – Exploring the City and Preparing for Ocean Park

Day 4 was finally our truly free and easy time in Hong Kong, in preparation for Day 5, Ocean Park!!!

On Day 4, we woke up quite late, had a simple and light breakfast at our hotel. Then we went to meet my good friend Deborah Woo ( https://www.instagram.com/modern.wooman ) at Nanhai No. 2 at World Trade Center, a really beautiful dim sum, yum cha, place over looking the sea view of Victoria Harbor. Food was delicious and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you Deborah!

Then Deborah also took us to buy our very much sought after Yuen Long Wife Cakes! After that we returned to our hotel and Abby wanted some personal sight seeing and shopping time, so I took care of the kids while she went out. Auntie Jamie came over to our hotel too. We watched Frozen 2 on Disney Plus then rested a little.

Evening Auntie Jamie walked us to have dinner with Uncle Kazu and her at Lei King Restaurant in Wan Chai. They serve some of the most delicious very local Hong Kong food in the area. We had lots of good food!

Then Jamie took us to the seaside over looking Tsim Sha Tsui. It was a relaxing and beautiful walk. Our kids had fun doing their own parkour and made some friends.
