Gilas Pilipinas beats New Zealand in 2025 Asia Cup Qualifiers<br /><br />For the first time in a FIBA competition, the Philippines beats New Zealand as Gilas Pilipinas tops the Tall Blacks, 93-89, in the 2025 Asia Cup Qualifiers at the Mall of Asia Arena on Nov. 21, 2024. Gilas stayed undefeated and claimed solo lead in Group B with a 3-0 slate.
