My Week in Cape Town: Marathon & Work Vlog 🏃‍♀️

I’m finally on YouTube!! My name is Nika, I’m 25, based in Cape Town, and this is my very first vlog on here.

This video is a little life update and weekly vlog where I take you along with me through a really good week. I did a lot of running (A45 kind of week 🏃‍♀️), spent time moving my body, getting outside and just feeling really good. I also hung out with my friends, went on lots of walks, saw the most beautiful views and did a bunch of hikes around Cape Town. If you love being outdoors, running, walking, fitness, lifestyle content and real, chilled vlogs, you’ll definitely enjoy this one.

This week felt like such a good balance of movement, friendship, nature and just enjoying where I live. Cape Town honestly never disappoints, from the views to the energy, and I’m so excited to start sharing more of my life, routines, runs, walks, hikes and everyday moments with you on here.
