Mumbai, Mar 23 (ANI): On the first day of the cross-examination of 26/11 terror convict David Coleman Headley, Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam on Wednesday said Headley admitted to three-key facts, the first being Pakistani Rs 80-lakh donation to Lashkar-e Toiba that had been used for unknown purposes. Secondly, investing money in Dubai and Pakistan and thirdly before his conviction, he was working as drug peddler. He also admitted to have been convicted by American Court on two occasions but was released on probation on certain grounds. Nikam said the antecedents of David Headley had been brought today by the defence and the evidences provided by him would be helpful in the prosecution case.
