It's finally time for the big reveal as scaffolding and cladding, that have been cloaking Wigan's famous Haigh Hall for the last couple of years while its exterior undergoes major refurbishment, finally start coming down. Work began Monday morning as a crane and skilled team started to remove the scaffolding surrounding the historic hall.
