After more than a year in early access, Hades 2 finally hit version 1.0 last September on PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2. And because it spent so long evolving before full release, the game you can play today is very different from its original 2024 soft launch.

From major gameplay tuning and new weapon aspects to an entirely new surface route that takes Melinoe all the way to Mount Olympus, Supergiant Games has steadily expanded and refined Hades 2 both before and after its 1.0 launch.
