Habagat Brings Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the Philippines 🌧️

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Oct. 7, said the southwest monsoon or "habagat" still affects the western section of Northern and Central Luzon. <br /><br />Meanwhile, PAGASA is still monitoring the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) which is 1,310 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.
