Switch on your Zero Client and an Options menu on the top left corner will appear. Select the “Password” option and you will be directed to another menu with a “Reset” option. Once you click “Reset”, you will see a code key on the screen that needs to be copied and sent to support@clearcube.com.
Remember to include your contact information and the name of your organization in the mail. We will get back to you within 24 business hours. In case you need any additional information, you can contact us at support@clearcube.com.
