'Goring' continues to intensify; PAGASA hoists Signal No. 3 over parts of Cagayan, Isabela

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) raised tropical cyclone wind signal (TCWS) No. 3 over northeastern portion of Cagayan and the extreme eastern portion of Isabela on Saturday, Aug. 26.<br /><br />In its 11 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA elevated the wind signals in Santa Ana, Cagayan; Divilacan, and Palanan in Isabela to signal No. 3 from Signal No. 2 in the previous forecast.
