Solar Plexus Chakra - The Golden Chakra, Manipura as we call it in Sanskrit, is the center of our self confidence and inner power, our core. This particular soundscape has been created from the harp melody played in Indian classical Raag(scale) Bhimpalasi, which is known to resonate with Solar Plexus Chakra, and also the frequency of the Root note (Saa has been tuned to 320Hz) - which is the primary resonant frequency of the Solar Plexus Chakra. If you would like to amplify the effects of this track, chant Solar Plexus Chakra seed mantra "RAM" (pronounced as RUM) along with it.
