Starting off we have the front view of Phineas and Ferb who are rarely shown from this angle.

Snoopy has rare front view shots where he looks like a Peanut, but the creator of Snoopy does not want him to be viewed from this angle and requests animators to always show him with a side head and just move his eyes to the front

Pretty much all Family Guy Characters look uncanny form the front facing position, Notable ones include Glen Quagmire, Joe Swanson, Peter Griffin and Brian Griffin

Simpsons Characters also share this fate, most notably Moe, Lenny, Bart, Homer, and Ralph.

Pearl from SpongeBob looks really derby in the Front Facing point of view.

Fry from Futurama has a really skinny face from the front view position:

Gumball Watterson is extremely Symmetrical when faced directly in the front

The same could be said about Mordecai and Rigby from Regular Show.
