Freeing gannets from plastic waste

On the island of Ploumanac’h, Ile Rouzic in #France a team of #bird protection workers go out to clear gannets' nests of plastic waste. This is the only #natural #habitat for gannets in France and the discarded fishing nets, ropes and other items pose a threat to their survival.
