Tragic Plane Crash in Indonesia Claims Four Lives ✈️

PLEASE NOTE: EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL<br/> <br />(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />A small plane with four people on board, including an Australian businessman crashed in Kutai National park, Indonesia, local television reported on Monday (August 27).<br/> <br />Indonesia's Metro TV quoted local officials as saying the plane crashed into trees at the national park and burst into flames.<br/> <br />The plane was reported as missing by local television after it left an airport in Samarinda on Friday (August 14) morning to survey a coal mining site.<br/> <br />Australian Peter John Elliott, from Elliott Geophysics International based in Perth, was on board along with two Indonesian staff from the company, Sutoyo and Janri Henrial and the pilot, Captain Bashir.<br/> <br />The bodies were taken to a police forensics facility in Samarinda, Central Kalimantan.
