Process 1 -

mount -uw /
launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plist
ls /Users
dscl . -passwd /Users/username password
reboot

Process 2 -
mount -uw /
rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
shutdown -h now
