Africa has been the ground used extensively for carrying out various weather modification experiments, including cloud seeding by Western organizations. The results of a study in South Africa on cloud-seeding reported that flooding could be a result of cloud-seeding. We know that the United States reportedly weaponized the weather through cloud-seeding during Operation Popeye in Vietnam. It is time to ask the tough questions. The weather is always changing, and plays a role in flooding occasionally. However, Afribundance is calling for a more robust and thorough investigation, into the consequences and impact of weather modification experiments such as cloud-seeding or solar geoengineering in Africa. We can’t blame the weather entirely if we are manipulating and modifying the weather. We want to know, what is causing the extreme flooding? Climate change or cloud-seeding?
