First keystone attempt on PTR went well with minor cooldown issues. No major gameplay changes observed with tier set.

1st attempt at keystone on the PTR, went pretty well. Couple of scuffed cooldowns but seemed ok. Didn't play any differently really around the tier set compared to what I would normall play, but at least the tier is doing damage.
