Fix and Prevent Broken Vimeo Thumbnails in Composr CMS 📹

Last week, an update to Vimeo's website broke over 400 embedded thumbnail images on my website. To fix this and prevent it from happening again, I configured my website to call the Vimeo API to get the correct thumbnail links dynamically.
