5 Years of the Music Modernization Act 🎶

The hearing, "Five Years Later – The Music Modernization Act," will examine the impact of the Orrin G. Hatch-Bob Goodlatte Music Modernization Act (MMA), five years after it was signed into law in 2018. The hearing will examine the system created by the MMA to administer blanket mechanical licenses and collect and distribute mechanical licensing royalties.
