Understanding GCF: Factoring Out the Greatest Common Factor

I introduce the concept of factoring out the greatest common factor. The first one shows the factors explicitly, prior to "factoring them out" which is really dividing them out. The next two examples are more complicated, and I use more of a shorthand to complete the work.
