Trincas on Park Street | FoodZpah Bar Series Ep 10 🍹

For Episode 10 of FoodZpah Bar Series, we decided to celebrate by going up a notch.
Over the next few months, we will be covering the Legendary Restaurants in Park Street serving drinks too alongside their food of course and what better place to start than the Evergreen & Classy Trincas!

We sampled their Signature Mocktails & Cocktails like Bagan Bari, LIIT alongside a host of starters like our favourite Drums of Heaven which is sheer melt in mouth, the Fuljhari Seekh was incredibly delicious, Sizzling Chicken was theatrical but I found it a touch dry while the Devil Crab was classic!
