F2020 - Modern Cryptography: Strengthening Data Security 🔐

Classical cryptography is fun, but we need something much stronger to keep our information safe. Our next two meetings will cover modern techniques, starting with today's look at symmetric encryption. We'll examine its most well-known implementations, such as DES and AES, and talk about what, exactly, makes a cryptosystem secure.
