About this video
**Update - Here is another video that might help you figure out why you are not getting the option to enroll in the ESU program.

As you probably know, Windows 10 will no longer be supported after October 14th, 2025, so if your computer is not able to run Windows 11, you will either have to go without updates or buy a new computer. But Microsoft is now offering an additional year of support for Windows 10 that will allow you to still receive updates until October 2026.
If you do not have the Extended Security Update (ESU) option under the Windows Update settings, here are a few things you can try. It should show up there eventually though assuming you are using a Microsoft account.
Here is the registry path from the video.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection
If you don't have the DataCollection key\folder then make a new key for it under Windows.
Then make sure you have the AllowTelemetry DWORD value and its set to 3.
Also make sure you have the KB5062649 update.
The service that should be set to automatic and be running is called Connected User Experiences and Telemetry.
Other people join the Windows Insider Program on the Release Preview Channel but that might not be something you want to do without researching it first.
