केरल के अविर्भव एस और झारखंड के अथर्व बक्शी को 'सुपरस्टार सिंगर 3' का विनर घोषित किया गया। पहली बार इस रियलिटी शो के दो विनर निकले। ट्रॉफी के अलावा, यंग चैंपियंस को 10-10 लाख रुपये से सम्मानित किया गया। ऑडिशन से ही, हजारीबाग के 12 वर्षीय अथर्व बक्शी ने अपनी परफॉर्मेंस से सभी को चौंकाया था। बता दें कि 'सुपर जज' नेहा कक्कड़ ने उनकी तुलना अरिजीत सिंह से की थी और महान संगीतकार लक्ष्मीकांत उनकी गायकी से प्रभावित हुए थे। एक एपिसोड के दौरान, विद्या बालन ने अथर्व को प्लेबैक का मौका देने के लिए अपने पति सिद्धार्थ रॉय कपूर को भी बुलाया था।

'Super Judge' Neha Kakkar compared him to Arijit Singh and legendary composer Laxmikant was impressed with his singing. During one episode, Vidya Balan even called her husband Siddharth Roy Kapur to give Atharva a playback opportunity.
