Lots of rain around on Monday evening, mainly affecting Scotland, Northern Ireland, and western parts of Wales and England. Cloud and rain will move east over the UK overnight, leaving the country by early morning. Into Tuesday, many areas will be clear, but the northern half of the UK will see some showers – heavy at times.
