After being trapped in the mental health care system for three years, swimmer Alexis Quinn attempts to flee the country.

Here, she tells the #Patient11 podcast about her daring escape from the NHS - and a pursuit by the authorities across two continents.

In a statement, NHS England says sexual assault is completely unacceptable.

It says it is taking action to ensure safety of patients and staff.
