Empower Hour: NER Model & Speech Captioning Certification

In 2022, the Global Alliance of Speech-to-Text Captioning will roll out their assessment and certification program. Grading will be based on the NER model developed by Pablo Romero-Fresco, one of GA's original board members. This video explains how and why the NER model was chosen as the preferred grading system.
