Elvish Yadav's Bail Hearing Delayed Amid Lawyers' Strike in Snake Venom Case ⚖️

As per the latest reports, Elvish Yadav, on Wednesday, was escorted to a Noida local court for his anticipated bail hearing. Unfortunately, he was not granted any relief. Gaurav Bhatia, a BJP spokesperson and lawyer, was present at the court to advocate for Elvish. However, a confrontation erupted between him and other lawyers present. The bail hearing reportedly got postponed after the members of the local Bar Association obstructed all court-related proceedings as part of their ongoing strike. On March 17, Elvish got arrested and was taken into 14-day judicial custody in connection with the snake venom case.
