Here is "An American Trilogy", recorded in 1972. It was included in the 1981 film "This Is Elvis". It was slightly modified for the film, with overdubbed strings and other effects, giving it a nice touch. It's always been a chilling version, with all the screaming and applause, and this is the best sound quality I've found in quite some time.
