Just four years ago, a state-of-the-art rail system for Egypt was only a plan. Today, we couldn’t be prouder to watch history unfold in real time. From system design, signaling and electrification to the construction of tracks and depots, and the manufacturing of the Desiro, Vectron, and the Velaro, every detail we envisioned is becoming a reality.

The incredible progress we’ve made would not have been possible without the determined efforts of our colleagues, and we thank them for reaching this remarkable milestone! 👏

We will continue to make strides towards completing the 2,000km rail network that will #TransformMobilityInEgypt and give millions access to modern, sustainable long-distance travel.
