Ingredients:
• 75g whole wheat flour• 15g besan (gram flour)• 1 handful of methi leaves (fenugreek leaves), chopped• 1 tbsp curd• Less than ¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)• 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped• 1 pinch jeera powder• ¼ tsp garam masala• Red chilli powder – as per taste• Salt – as per taste• 1 green chilli (optional), finely chopped• ¼ tsp sesame oil• Water – as needed to knead the dough
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
3. Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes.
4. Divide it into small balls and roll them into parathas.
5. Cook each paratha on a hot tawa using a little oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with curd, pickle, or chutney! 🌿
