Dumaguete Restricts Firework Sales to Rizal Boulevard 🎆

Dumaguete limits selling of fireworks

The Dumaguete City government designates Rizal Boulevard near Pantawan 1 as the only area where vendors can sell fireworks. Sales are not as brisk as last year, vendors told the PNA on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023, which they attribute to higher prices and change of priorities.
