Driver who hit rider in viral vid loses license | 24 Oras

DOTR has perpetually revoked the license of the car driver who intentionally hit a rider in Teresa, Rizal. The car is seen in a viral video chasing the motorcycle and then crashing into it, throwing off the rider. The driver says the motorcyle bumped his car earlier. The rider's parents is set to file a complaint against the driver for allegedly almost killing their son.
