Driver Sentenced After Causing Serious Injury Crash in Devon 🚗

A driver has been sentenced for causing a road traffic collision which left four people seriously injured.<br />Norman Chai, 66, from Woking in Surrey, appeared at Exeter Crown Court for sentence on Wednesday, July 3, having pleaded guilty to four causing serious injury by dangerous driving charges.<br />He was sentenced to two years in custody suspended for two years, tagged for three months and ordered to pay a £2,000 fine by Recorder James Bromige. Chai was also banned from driving for three years and ordered to take an extended test.
