Dr. N Chandra Wickramasinghe Discusses the Future of the Big Bang Theory 🌌

From saying that the Big Bang Theory is probably doomed in light of what the James Webb Space Telescope has discovered in terms of fully formed galaxies at the edge of the universe to steadfastly sticking with his and Sir Fred Hoyle’s theory of panspermia, Dr Nalin Chandra Wickramasinghe, the Sri Lankan-British astronomer, astrobiologist and mathematician, remains one of the most brilliant outliers in science. The 84-year-old Wickramasinghe is a pioneer of the science of astrobiology who in 1974 first proposed the theory that dust in interstellar space and in comets was largely organic, a theory that has now been vindicated.<br /><br />Dr. Wickramasinghe spoke to Mayank Chhaya Reports about panspermia, the origin of life on Earth, and the Steady State Theory about the origin of the universe.
