Dozens Killed in Renewed Pakistan-Afghanistan Border Clashes

Fighting has resumed along the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan — the second time fire has been traded in a week. Pakistani security officials have accused Afghan troops of "unprovoked fire" at two major border posts in the southwest and northwest, while the Afghan Taliban has accused Pakistan of an attempted attack on a southern province in Afghanistan. Clashes first erupted on Saturday when Kabul launched an operation in at least five provinces along the border.
