DOE Cancels 12,000 MW Solar Contracts, Fines P24B ⚡

DOE, kinansela ang 12,000 MW contracts ng Solar Philippines ni Rep. Leviste; pinagmumulta ng P24-B dahil sa kabiguang tuparin ang mga kontrata


Kinansela ng Department of Energy ang mga kontrata ng Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings. Kumpanyang itinatag ni Batangas 1st Dist. Rep. Leandro Leviste.

Ito ay dahil sa kabiguang tuparin ang mga commitment nito sa mga kontrata na aabot sa halos 12,000 megawatts. Pinagbabayad din ang kumpanya ng multang umaabot sa P24 bilyon.
