Family member are making desperate pleas for members of a Russian cult to leave their forest hideout.
Nearly two dozen doomsday cult members are stocked with food and other supplies inside their snowy cave or bunker.
Most of the adults are women and there are four children-- including a baby.
The group says it's awaiting the end of the world with the coming of spring.
Doctors and rescuers urged the cult to leave.
But the members have threatened to blow themselves up if authorities force them out.
They reportedly have about 100 gallons of gasoline stockpiled.
The cult has exchanged letters with a self-declared prophet.
But their leader didn't join his followers.
That's because Russian officials say he's undergoing psychiatric evaluation after being charged with setting up a religious organization associated with violence.
Meantime, family members are praying for a peaceful resolve.
A woman-- who says her son, his wife and teenager daughters are among the cult members-- told the AP she believes her son is 'hypnotized.'
And she's sending family members to the cave in hopes her granddaughters will be released.
